1. How We Communicate
Medicstab may contact you via SMS (text message), phone calls, or email regarding:
- Billing reminders and account balance notifications
- Service updates and account notifications
- Responses to your inquiries or support requests
- General service-related announcements
2. SMS Communications
We may send SMS text messages for service and customer care purposes, including payment reminders, account follow-ups, and responses to inquiries.

- “Hi [Patient Name], this is a friendly reminder from Medicstab about your balance of $[Amount]. Reply HELP for assistance or OPT OUT to stop messages.”
- “Hello [Patient Name], your medical bill of $[Amount] is still open. Reply HELP for support or OPT OUT to stop messages.”
Consent
SMS messages are sent only with your prior express consent, which may be obtained via website forms, phone, email, or written agreement. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services.
Opt-Out & Help
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- You may also contact us directly to manage your communication preferences.
Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency typically does not exceed 4–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Privacy & Security
- Your phone number will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
- SMS messages will not include sensitive personal, medical, or protected health information.
- Sensitive information is shared only through secure, encrypted communication channels.
3. Compliance
All communications comply with applicable regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and HIPAA where applicable.
